Return Policy

1. Overview

We are committed to fair and transparent returns, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and industry standards.

2. Return Window (14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery if the goods were not inspected prior to purchase and are found to be unsatisfactory.

This guarantee applies only to standard, non-custom products.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

The product must be unused, in as-new condition, and free from stains, damage, or soiling.
The product must be returned in its original packaging or a secure alternative packaging.
The item must be ready for collection within three (3) days after the 14-day return window expires.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

4. Return Costs & Non-Refundable Items

Return Costs Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our side, customers are responsible for all return transport costs.

The following charges and items are not refundable: The following are not refundable:

Delivery and transport fees
Custom-made or special-order items
Products returned in unsanitary or damaged condition

5. Packaging Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Please note:

Our third-party couriers do not provide packaging services.
Collections may be refused if items are not adequately packaged.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after goods are received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Refund processing may take up to 14 working days from the date we receive the returned goods.

7. Defective Goods (CPA Rights)

If goods are found to be defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, customers may return them within six (6) months of delivery, in line with CPA regulations.
