100 Night Comfort Exchange

Your body may need time to adjust to a new bed or mattress. If, after a reasonable adjustment period, the comfort level is not right, Beds Crafters offers a 100-Night Comfort Exchange exchange option, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions & Eligibility

The 100-Night Comfort Exchange is subject to the following:

The trial applies only to selected Beds Crafters mattresses.
This is not a refund policy, but a comfort exchange programme.
The mattress must be used with a waterproof mattress protector from day one. Proof of protector use may be requested.
The mattress must be clean, unstained, undamaged, and hygienic at the time of inspection.
Stained, soiled, or unsanitary mattresses are automatically excluded from the trial.
Exchanges are permitted after a minimum usage period (to allow body adjustment) and within 100 nights from the date of delivery.
Only one exchange per mattress is allowed.
Delivery, transport, and any price difference costs are payable by the customer.
Custom-made or special-order mattresses are excluded unless otherwise stated.
