- Damaged or Faulty Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing photos of the damaged or faulty item. BedsCrafters will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
- Partial Refunds: May be applied to items returned damaged, missing parts, or after the 14-day return period.
