6. Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate prices.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.

Prices may change without notice.
If there is a clear pricing or system error, Beds Crafters does not need to honour that price. You will be refunded.

7. Payment

We accept secure debit and credit card payments (3D Secure only).
Payment must be made before we deliver your order.

By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to make the payment and have sufficient funds.

If we cannot fulfil part or all of your order, we will refund you for the unavailable items.

If your order contains a pricing or product error, we may cancel that part of the order and refund you.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Custom-made products can take up to 21 days

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

Monday–Sunday, 10:00–18:00
(No deliveries on Good Friday, 25–26 December, 1 January, and SA public holidays.)

Tracking

We will email you tracking details once your order is dispatched.

19. Warranties

All products come with a manufacturer warranty.
Warranties apply within South Africa only.
The warranty applies only to the original buyer.

  • Claims in the guarantee period: no cost

  • Claims in the warranty period: pro-rata cost may apply

Keep your proof of purchase and warranty card.

20. 100-Night Comfort Trial

Your body needs time to adjust to a new mattress.
Please sleep on it for at least 30 nights.

If you are still uncomfortable after 30 nights, you may exchange your mattress within 90 days of delivery.

Rules:

One exchange per purchase

Valid within 90 days of delivery

You must use a stain-protected mattress protector

Agreeing to the Terms ensures a safe and fair experience for both you and us, outlining your rights and responsibilities.
