Click and Collect

Beds Crafters offers a Click & Collect service that allows customers to collect their orders directly from our store once stock availability has been confirmed. This option helps you save on delivery costs while enjoying a quicker handover.

How Click & Collect Works

Customers who prefer to collect their purchase in person may select the Click & Collect option at checkout or arrange collection directly with our sales team.

Once your order is placed:

Stock availability is confirmed at our premises.
You will receive a collection confirmation via call, email, or WhatsApp once your order is ready.
Collection may only take place after confirmation has been received.

Please do not arrive for collection before confirmation, as items may still be processing or in transit.

Granite Industrial Park
Corner River Road and Malibongwe Drive

Collection Timeframes

Orders are usually ready for collection within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability and payment clearance.
Custom-made or special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be communicated in advance.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Full payment must be completed and cleared before collection is allowed.
Proof of payment may be requested at the time of collection.
Orders will only be released to the person named on the order or an authorised representative with valid identification.

Customer Responsibility at Collection

At the time of collection, customers are required to:

Inspect the goods
Confirm that the product matches the order
Ensure items are collected in good condition

Once goods leave our premises, they are deemed accepted and responsibility transfers to the customer.

Vehicle & Handling Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Arriving with a suitable vehicle for transport
Ensuring goods are safely loaded and secured

Our staff may assist where possible; however, Beds Crafters is not responsible for damage occurring after collection.

Uncollected Orders & Storage

Orders not collected within seven (7) days of readiness notification may incur a storage fee, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
Extended non-collection may result in order cancellation, subject to applicable policies.

Important Notes

Click & Collect is not available for all products and depends on stock location and product size.
Promotional free-delivery offers do not apply to Click & Collect orders.
