Delivery Policy

We offer flat-rate delivery within Gauteng, with special arrangements available for other regions.

A standard delivery fee of R395 applies to all delivery addresses within Gauteng. For deliveries outside Gauteng, customers are required to contact us before placing an order so that delivery availability and costs can be confirmed.

Delivery Areas

We primarily deliver within Gauteng, with limited service available outside the province.

Beds Crafters delivers to all major areas within Gauteng. Delivery to locations outside Gauteng may be possible, subject to courier availability and risk assessment.

Please note:

Certain remote or high-risk areas may not be serviced by our couriers.
In such cases, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders are delivered within a few working days. Custom-made items may take longer.

Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days, depending on payment confirmation and delivery location.
Some products are custom-made and may require up to 21 working days for delivery.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Where possible, customers will be notified in advance if delays are anticipated. To the extent permitted by law, Beds Crafters shall not be held liable for losses or costs arising from delayed delivery.

Delivery Partners

All orders are delivered using trusted third-party transport partners.

Beds Crafters works with reliable, contracted transporters to ensure safe and efficient delivery of products.

Delivery Days & Times

Deliveries are scheduled throughout the week, excluding public holidays.

Deliveries take place Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
We do not deliver on South African public holidays, including but not limited to:
- Good Friday
- 25th & 26th December
- 1st January

Any changes to delivery schedules will be communicated in advance where possible.

Please ensure that delivery addresses, contact numbers, and access instructions are correct at the time of placing an order. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
